COVID-19 Vaccinations
We have been informed today by Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust that they will be attending Biddick Academy on Wednesday 3rd November 2021 to administer the COVID-19 vaccinations for the students who have NOT received their vaccination.
We have been asked to send consent forms to parents again, this time on behalf of Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
All students have received a consent form to bring home with them after school today. Please only complete and return this if your child has NOT received the COVID-19 vaccination and you would like them to receive this in school on Wednesday 3rd November 2021.
