Covid Vaccinations
The school-based Immunisation Team have been asked to offer the second dose for Covid in schools for all children aged 12-15 years; inclusive of all 12-year old’s and 15-year old’s who may have not had first dose or require a second. This requires a further consent form to be completed.
Your child will return home today with the consent form to be completed and returned to Biddick Academy on Monday 17th January 2022.
We will advise parents and carers of the vaccination date when we have this confirmed from the Immunisation Team.
