A Level Food Technology, Level 3 Advanced professional You will be assessed in two ways:cookery, chef related roles, food hygiene roles and many more.Unit 1The written exam is worth 40% of your nal GCSE grade and is 1 hour 20 minutes in duration.Exam Board:Unit 2The controlled assessment is worth 60% of your nal GCSE grade and will be 12 hours in duration.
