Year 11 students celebrate exam success!

Congratulations to all our students who have received their GCSE results today. We are delighted with an excellent set of results which are a reflection of the resilience, hard work and determination of our students. We are immensely proud of the way our Year 11 students have persevered throughout a challenging two years, focusing on their studies despite uncertainty surrounding examinations.

In a year of superb results there are many individual successes and positive stories, with a special mention going to Alex Henderson and Freddie Wrintmore who achieved a phenomenal 8 Grade 9s across all subjects, as well as Anna Callanan, Milly Gillard and Amira Ismail who all achieved 7 Grade 9s. To achieve the highest possible grade in so many of their subjects is a testament to the hard work and dedication shown not only in Year 11, but throughout their 5 years at Biddick Academy.

Headteacher, Kate Morris said ‘We are thrilled to celebrate the successes value the achievements of all of our students and would like to wish them the greatest of success as they embark on the next stage of their journey. My thanks also go to staff at Biddick Academy who work tirelessly to ensure every child fulfils their potential and fully appreciate the support that parents have provided during their children’s time with us’.
